VILLAGE CLERK

Nancy Fortin
The Village Clerk has custody of the Corporate Seal, books, records and papers of the Village and all official reports and communications of the Board of Trustees.

He or she sits at each board meeting and keeps official record of the proceedings along with all of the resolutions, ordinances and local laws.

The Village Clerk can answer most of your questions about the operation of the Village.

If you are leery about door-to-door salespeople, please call the Village Clerk to determine if those people have a valid permit. Always ask them to show you their yellow permit form signed by the Village Clerk. Professional tree cutters also need a permit to do business in the Village. The permit insures that they are covered by the required insurances.

If you need a Notary Public, call this office. Any other questions may be referred to me. Please call and I will try to assist you.

You may reach me at clerk@northsyracuse.org or at (315) 458-0900.

Nancy Fortin, Village Clerk
